Any chance this is a false flag outfit? Published by the Anti-s to have something ludicrous to quote from the gun culture? And maybe as a bonus to induce some injuries in new shooters?
Nothing would surprise me but I tend to doubt it. Gun World magazine has been a fairly respectable publication but I think they are not exercising the same editorial oversight and care of content with these special publications and it is insulting to the readership and the gun industry as a whole.
Be careful criticizing grammatical and spelling errors, Joe. Your blog is rife with them too. No offense as I care more about content than proper english.
No doubt there are. But here's the difference; you didn't pay anything to read it and I didn't get paid anything for writing it. For me this is a hobby. I shoot the guns, I take the photos and write the reviews. Beckett media has a staff that presumably contains professional editors. I don't consider spelling issues in a national magazine to be errors I consider them to be negligence since at least one editor should have proofed the copy before it went to print. Aside from grammar and spelling I find too much of their content to be uninformed bordering upon dangerous.
It's like Carolyn McCarthy has a pro-gun twin with the same level of firearms knowledge.
ReplyDeleteI dunno. I kinda like the triple barrel shotgun...
ReplyDeleteActually, it's "Your're Save".
ReplyDeleteYes, both YOUR and 'RE.
Layers of oversight...
